On May
28, 2023, Lutai Textile Co., Ltd. held the “Single Champion”
Vocational Skills Competition in “Automation Control System Programming
and Debugging” at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Twelve electrical maintenance
workers from Lutai Textile Co., Ltd. competed on the same stage.
The
competition used the electrical training equipment independently developed by Rhein
Koester throughout the entire process. The competition project was based on
typical work tasks in the enterprise and was divided into three parts:
electrical distribution, PLC programming and debugging, and HMI interface
design. The competition comprehensively assessed the employees’ vocational
professional skills and core vocational competencies in terms of professional
literacy, vocational skills, and equipment function demonstration reports. The
chief examiner from Lutai Textile Co., Ltd. and the examination team from Rhein
Koester strictly deployed the competition process in accordance with relevant
regulations to ensure the smooth progress of the competition.

the competition, 40 participating players received pre-competition training at
the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration
Demonstration Base
The purpose of this
competition is to enhance the level of automation control system programming
and debugging skills among enterprise employees, carry out in-depth technical
competitions and skill competitions, promote the spirit of craftsmanship,
create a good atmosphere of learning from and surpassing others, stimulate and
mobilize front-line employees to study technology, promote job competence, and
strive to build a knowledgeable, technical, and innovative high-quality
workforce.
