Vocational Education Research Delegation from Jingzhou, Hubei Province Visits Rhein Koester for Investigation

On July 6, 2023, a delegation of 7 officials led by Liu Lifu,
Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of Jingzhou Municipal Party
Committee and a member of the Party Group of the Municipal Education Bureau,
along with Xiao Yunlin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President
of Jingzhou Polytechnic Vocational College, and Fang Fengbo, Party Committee
Member and Vice President of Jingzhou Vocational and Technical College,
conducted an investigative research trip to Zibo. During the morning hours of
the same day, the delegation visited and conducted research at Rhein
Koester.The delegation was accompanied by Li Xiaotong, Deputy Secretary of the
Education Working Committee of Zibo Municipal Party Committee and a member of
the Party Group of the Municipal Education Bureau, Sun Longzhou, Level Four
Researcher of the Education Bureau, Sun Qiyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee
and President of Zibo Vocational College, Zhang Chengshan, Party Committee
Member and Vice President of the college, Mou Xiangfeng, Deputy Director of the
Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Zibo High-tech Zone, and Cao Zhiguang,
Deputy Director of the Educational and Sports Center, among others.

Deputy Secretary Liu Lifu expressed his hope for enhanced
communication and collaboration between the Jingzhou Municipal Education
Bureau, Rhein Koester, and Zibo authorities. He emphasized leveraging the strengths
of each entity, tapping into Rhein Koester’s advanced vocational education
concepts, experiences, and educational resources to facilitate mutual
educational sharing. He stressed the significance of seizing the profound
opportunities in the national vocational education development, while
coordinating and planning efforts to construct a contemporary vocational
education system characterized by integration, fusion, and harmonization.
Deputy Secretary Liu also advocated for joint exploration of the school-enterprise
community of destiny and a new path towards substantial industry-education
integration. He aimed to construct a new pattern of modern vocational education
development distinctive to Jingzhou, creating replicable experiences that can
expedite the elevation of vocational education’s quality to a higher level. All
these endeavors were intended to accelerate the surge of the industrial
economy.
