From September 4 to 5, 2025, 231 students of Grade 2022 from the School of Transportation and Vehicle Engineering, Shandong University of Technology, went to Rhein-koster to carry out an intelligent manufacturing technology study activity.
Under the guidance of Rhein-koster trainers, teachers and students focused on visiting the Industry 4.0 Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Center, the Industrial Robot Integration Application Technology Center, and the Digital Production Line Debugging Workshop, all closely related to automobile manufacturing. They witnessed the precise operation of intelligent production lines with their own eyes and experienced the high efficiency and accuracy of industrial robots’ collaborative work.
In the special lecture session, senior trainers from Rhein-koster combined practical cases in the automotive industry to explain in simple and understandable terms cutting-edge content such as intelligent production line design under the Industry 4.0 standards and digital twin technology. This lecture not only enriched the students’ theoretical knowledge but also enabled them to gain a clearer understanding of the industry’s development trends.
This activity has fully demonstrated the innovative achievements of the integration of industry and education.
