From September 8th to 12th, 2025, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Gansu Province organized 50 high-skilled talents and skilled talent management service personnel from Gansu Province to go to Shandong Province for a capacity improvement activity. The activity focused on thematic learning and experience exchange, such as theoretical lectures, field visits, and skill exchanges, covering areas including the cultivation paths of high-skilled talents, the exertion of their roles, and the construction of a highland for skilled talents. On the afternoon of the 9th, the delegation paid a visit to the China-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base for exchange.
The delegation visited core teaching and training venues of the China-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base in sequence, including the intelligent manufacturing teaching factory, industrial robot training center, and digital design and simulation laboratory. They gained a detailed understanding of Rhein-Koster’s localized “dual-system” talent cultivation model under the background of Sino-German cooperation, the construction of the industry-education integration platform, and the practical achievements in serving the high-quality development of the regional economy. The delegation fully affirmed the efforts and achievements made by Rhein-Koster in promoting the cultivation of high-skilled talents in intelligent manufacturing and building a modern vocational education system.
During the discussion and exchange, Director Wang Zhen, taking Rhein-Koster as an example, focused on the theme of “Industry-Education Collaboration for Cultivating Skilled Talents, Sino-German Integration for Promoting Development” and systematically introduced the company’s exploration and practice in areas such as technological accumulation in the Sino-German intelligent manufacturing field, R&D of educational equipment, development of curriculum systems, and construction of cross-enterprise training centers.
