University-Enterprise Collaboration in Talent Cultivation, Practical Empowerment for Development | Successful Conclusion of Production Internship Training for the 2022 Cohort of Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments Major at Shandong University of Technology

From September 1st to 12th, 2025, students of the 2022 cohort majoring in Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments from Shandong University of Technology conducted a two-week production internship training at the China-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. A total of 142 students participated in this training. Through a series of systematic and practical high-end industrial training sessions, the students’ comprehensive application capabilities in the fields of intelligent equipment and industrial measurement and control were fully enhanced.

Leveraging Rhein-Koster’s profound accumulation in the field of intelligent manufacturing education, this training program has set up core courses including Material Sorting and Sensor Technology, Application of Integrated Mechatronics Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers and Instrumentation Analysis (DCS), and Integrated Application of Industrial Robots.

This internship training is another successful example of Rhein-Koster and Shandong University of Technology deepening industry-education integration and jointly cultivating new-type engineering and technical talents.
