On September 23, 2025, a 4-member delegation including Mr. Bernhard Franz Schwab, former Training Director of Schaeffler Group (Germany), Ms. Annette Körber, Principal of Herzogenaurach Vocational School (Bavaria, Germany), Ms. Bärbel Vogel, Vice Principal of Herzogenaurach Vocational School (Bavaria, Germany), and Mr. Norbert Aichholzer, Principal of Wolfsburg Vocational School (Austria), visited Rhein-koster for exchange.
The visiting guests conducted an on-site tour of the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base built and operated by Rhein-koster in Zibo. They observed the practical training classes of programs such as the “AI + Sino-German Rhine Intelligent Craftsman Class” and the “Localized Innovation Class for Dual System”, as well as the continuing education and training program for enterprise high-skilled talents customized by Zibo Water Group. They also had a cordial exchange with the trainees of the integrated program of training and employment in Germany.
During the discussion session, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the prospects of Sino-European vocational education cooperation.
Mr. Aichholzer introduced the development path of vocational education in Austria and pointed out that the Austrian side has long paid attention to the evolution and innovation of Germany’s “dual system” model.
