On December 1, 2025, the Intelligent Manufacturing Transformation Training Class, part of the 5th Dongfeng Motor High-Skilled Talents Training Camp, officially kicked off. It was hosted by the Human Resources Department of Dongfeng Motor Corporation Limited, organized by Dongfeng Motor Training Center, and co-organized by Wuhan Rhein-Koster Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The opening ceremony was held at the China Operations Headquarters of Rhein-Koster Group (Germany) in Beijing.
At the opening ceremony of Dongfeng Motor High-Skilled Talents Training Camp, Luo Yinqiao, Chief Representative of Central China Region of Rhein-Koster Group (Germany), stated that intelligent manufacturing, as the achievement of in-depth integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry, is reshaping the global industrial pattern with unprecedented strength and has become the core driving force for promoting high-quality economic development. As China’s science and technology innovation center, Beijing, and Dongfeng, a proud model of China’s industry, we have the responsibility and ability to take the lead and stand at the forefront in this tide of the times.
At the welcome ceremony, Director Zhang Shuai of Dongfeng Sharing Center elaborated on the purpose and significance of this training session. He noted that through the collaboration between Dongfeng Motor Group and Wuhan Rhein-Koster Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., the two parties will further integrate their high-quality resources, and systematically promote the upgrading of skilled talents’ knowledge systems and capability structures with higher standards, richer content, and more innovative models.
