From January 19 to February 6, 2026, Rhein-Koester’s school-enterprise cooperation winter vacation teacher training successfully concluded at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.

Taking the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base as the core training carrier, this training accurately meets the needs of the “Three Education Reforms” in vocational education. The curriculum is professional, practical and international, covering multiple key modules such as the 8th phase of teacher training for the Industrial Robot Technology, Mechatronics Technology, and Electrical Automation Technology majors under the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Program (SGAVE), the 4th phase of examiner qualification training for the SGAVE program, and the teacher training for the Sino-German Class program. It comprehensively meets the growth needs of different participating teachers and achieves “precise empowerment and teaching according to needs”.

Most of Rhein-Koester’s trainers are senior engineers with international technical certifications and more than ten years of industrial on-site experience. They not only have a deep understanding of the essence of German dual-system vocational education, but also are familiar with the actual teaching situation of domestic vocational colleges. During the training, they abandoned the traditional “rote teaching” mode, adopted the “action-oriented teaching method”, and relied on independently developed loose-leaf textbooks and supporting intelligent manufacturing training equipment to transform abstract professional theories into specific practical tasks.

During the training, participating teachers took the initiative to put aside their “teacher” identity, devoted themselves wholeheartedly as “students”, took careful notes and actively participated in discussions in class, and carried out group cooperation and repeated drills in the training workshop.

The successful conclusion of this school-enterprise cooperation winter vacation teacher training is not only a concentrated improvement of professional skills, but also an in-depth integration of Sino-German vocational education concepts, and a vivid practice for Rhein-Koester to deepen industry-education integration and support the construction of teaching staff.
