On January 19, 2019, Zibo Vocational College and Rhein-Koester jointly established a secondary college under mixed ownership, the signing and unveiling ceremony of the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing College, which was held in the first conference room of the Lide Building of the college. Dean Yang Baimei, and Mr. Moskwa, the Chairman of Rhein-Koester, signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the establishment of the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Institute and unveiled the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Institute.

On January 17th, the signing ceremony of the college-enterprise cooperation and the high-end equipment manufacturing forum for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy was held in Jinan Vocational College. Mr. Eric Moskwa, General Manager of Rhein-Koester GmbH, made a speech.

On January 16, 2019, the Sino-German smart manufacturing talents dual training “2018-2020” strategic cooperation project phased seminar was held in Jinan. Zhou Chunyan,  deputy director of the Shandong Province Human Resources and Social Security Department, attended the meeting. At the meeting, Rhein-Koester GmbH reported in detail the progress of the staged work of the Sino-German training program.

The 2019 Rhein-Koester Sino-German Class Faculty Training Class was officially launched on January 7th at the provincial public training base for new and old kinetic energy conversion, the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Technology Public Training Base. Mechanical and electrical teachers from Shandong City Service Technician College, Shandong Chemical Technician College, Shandong Engineering Technician College, Pingdu Technician College, Zibo Information Engineering School and other institutions participated in this training.

Jiang Yilin, the Deputy Secretary of Zibo Vocational College visited Rhein-Koeste Inter-enterprise training center and Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service base.

On December 25, 2018, the opening ceremony of Zibo Construction Engineering College’s 2018 Sino-German class was held in Rhein-Koester Intelligent Manufacturing Inter-enterprise (Zibo) Training Center. 24 freshmen joined the Sino-German class through selection. Zibo Architectural Engineering College has been cooperating with Rhein-Koester to build Sino-German classes since 2015. The students from the first class of Sino-German class of 2015 have graduated to work on different employment positions. 

On December 19, 2018, Yu Qunming, Vice Chairman of Zhuzhou CPPCC and Chairman of Zhuzhou Municipal Party Committee of the Zhigong Party, led representatives from Zhuzhou City Returnees Association to visit Rhein-Koester German Intelligent Manufacturing (Zhuzhou) Technology Public Service Platform.
