On the afternoon of 23 February 2023, the first Digital Application Scenario Observation and Exchange Event 2023, hosted by Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Private Sector Development, was successfully held at Rhein Koester Intelligent Technology (Qingdao) Co.

The International Centre for Economic and Technical Cooperation of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, together with the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province and the People’s Government of Zibo Municipality, co-hosted a Local Event on Industrial Design Services (Shandong – Zibo) (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) on 23 February 2023 in the lecture hall of the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry and Education Integration Demonstration Base.

In the afternoon of February 20, 2023, Huang Zhibin, Deputy District Mayor of the People’s Government of Tianyuan District, Zhuzhou City, Yi Zuowei as Director of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Chen Jianlin, Deputy Director of the District Employment Bureau and other leaders went to Rhein Koester Zhuzhou to investigate the employment needs of enterprises in the Human Resources Industrial Zone.

On February 19, 2023, the first stop of the investment group of Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park met with the STC, a leading global technology transfer organization. Xu Xiaojun, Member of the Standing Committee and Deputy District Mayor of Shunyi, Beijing, Lan Xiongjing, Director of Shunyi District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and Director of Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park Management Committee, Shi Ruifeng, General Manager of Tus Science and Technology Park Operation and Management Co., and Cui Zhi, Chairman of Rhein Koester, attended the event. Eric Moskwa, Director of STC, and Luis Oehme, Director of International Cooperation, extended a warm welcome to the investment delegation and the two sides had good interaction and exchange.

On February 18, 2023, the theme celebration of the 6th anniversary of AntWorks’ “What’s past is prologue, 2023 blooms Hope” was held in Caesars Palace, Window of the World, Shenzhen.

From 7th to 17th February, the second offline supplementary teacher training of the Ministry of Education SGAVE project in the field of intelligent manufacturing was held in Zibo Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base. Thirty-three teachers from more than 10 institutions piloting the SGAVE project, including Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University, Fujian Polytechnic of Information Technology, Hubei Science and Technology College, Wenzhou Polytechnic and Jinan Vocational College, attended the training together.

On 14 February 2023, Cai Jianning, President of the Industrial Design Association of Shandong Province, and Wang Lin, Deputy Director of the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Zibo City, investigated Rhein Koester.

On February 14, 2023, Wang Liang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial People’s Congress, led the legislative research group to Zibo to investigate the modification of the Regulations on the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Shandong Province and the construction of grassroots legislative contacts of Shandong Provincial People’s Congress. On the morning of the same day, the research team went to Rhein Koester for investigation, accompanied by Sun Qinglei, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Standing Committee of Zibo Municipal People’s Congress, Bi Hongwei, deputy mayor of the Municipal People’s Government and other leaders.
