On September 20, 2022 Sino-German Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Conference was held. With the theme of “Science and Innovation Leading the World- Wisdom for the Future”, the conference took the form of a combination of online and offline events, with two main venues in Jinan and Munich, where experts from the science and technology communities of both countries were invited to conduct video-link dialogues.

On 18th of July, 2022, Shandong College of Electronic Technology — Rhein-Koester AEVO Trainer Certification and Training Class Opening Ceremony & Awarding Ceremony was successfully held in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base. Chen Xiaorong, the vice director of Greater China Vocational Education of AHK, Yun Yue, the project manager, Liu Yong, the section chief of Education Section of Shandong College of Electronic Technology, Dong Hong, the dean of Department of Finance and Economics, Liu Dali, the senior training director of Rhein-Koester, Chen Peng, the vice general manager participated the event. On 15th of July, 2022, Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project (SGAVE project) new phase cooperation launching conference was successfully held in the form of a video conference. Leaders from International Department, Vocational and Adult Education Department of the Ministry of Education, representatives of project pilot colleges and representatives of some famous enterprises participated the conference. Fang Jun, the vice director of International Department of Education Ministry delivered a speech and put forward clear requirements for cooperation projects. Representatives of Shandong, Inner Mongolia and Chongqing delivered speech, respectively.
