On 12th of August, the Zibo High-tech Zone grid member Star Management Method conference was held in the Sino-German intelligent manufacturing industry-education integrated demonstration base. Lv Jueqiang, member of the Working Committee of High-tech Zone and minister of Mass Work Department, representatives from Municipal Comprehensive Treatment Center, High-tech Zone publicity and News Center, town and street center etc, attended the conference.

On 11th of August, 2022, summer training class of Mechanical Engineering major for Qingdao University of Science and Technology opened in Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) platform. The training lasts for 15 days and focused on three sections: CNC vehicle, CNC milling and industrial robot.

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) started the enterprise review work of the fourth batch of ‘Little Giant’ enterprise, the relevant review has been completed. The Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of approved enterprises, and Rhein-Koester was identified as the fourth batch of ‘Little Giant’ enterprise.

According to the requirements of Zibo’s high-skilled personnel construction, after the recommendation of district, county and relevant departments, expert review and other procedures, fifteen public training bases including Rhein-Koester New Generation Information Technology Public Training Base were identified as Zibo Municipal Public Training Base in 2022.

From July 25 to August 12, 2022, the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project (hereinafter referred to as: SGAVE project) intelligent manufacturing teacher training was held in the Sino-German intelligent manufacturing industry-education integrated demonstration base. More than 150 teachers from Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational And Technical University, Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology, Wuhan Vocational College of Software and Engineering, Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic, Wenzhou Polytechnic, Jinan Vocational College, Harbin Vocational & Technical College and other 20 SGAVE project pilot colleges participated in the training.

Recently, Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has carried out a performance evaluation on the public training base identified and qualified in the early period. After the application of the units, the review of the competent departments, the expert review and the public announcement, the base built by 10 units such as Rhein-Koester was identified as the excellent performance unit of the Shandong Province 2022 public training base for the transition to new from old economic engines.

On 11th of August, 2022, Mr Fang Naichun, the head of China Vocational Education Association, Yang Hongyu, the secretary-general of provincial China Vocational Education Association, Liu Xiaojian, the deputy secretary-general of provincial China Vocational Education Association, visited Rhein-Koester.

The Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has announced a list of smart factory, intelligent manufacturing scenarios, digital workshops and intelligent manufacturing system solution suppliers in Shandong in 2022. Through the procedures of enterprise application, municipal recommendation and expert review, Rhein-Koester has been successfully selected into the 2022 provincial intelligent manufacturing system solution supplier list by virtue of its strong technical advantages, scientific research ability and comprehensive strength.
