commenced at the Wuhan Jingkai 2045 Innovation Valley Intelligent Manufacturing
Talent Base. Hosted by Dongfeng Motor
Corperation’s HR
Department, organized by Dongfeng Shared Service Talent Development
Center, and co-organized by Wuhan Jingkai Technology Service and Wuhan Rhein-Koester Intelligent Technology, the camp is now in
full swing.

The training serves both as intensive
pre-competition preparation and as a key step in Dongfeng’s efforts to advance
industrial workforce reform and strengthen its high-skilled talent pipeline
strategy.
