The three-month enterprise-based project
training for Smart Manufacturing Engineering students at Dalian Polytechnic
University has recently concluded at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing
Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
△ Pang Guibing (Dean of the School of
Mechanical Engineering and Automation) and Hu Pengchang (Dean of the Training
Institute) presented completion certificates to outstanding students.
This training programme is a successful
initiative by Rhein-Koester to strengthen its
“university-industry collaborative talent development” partnership with Dalian
University of Technology. Going forward, Rhein-Koester will
continue to offer outstanding students a ‘fast track’ to on-the-job
internships, while also partnering with more universities to jointly develop a
high-quality talent ecosystem for China’s smart manufacturing sector. This will
ensure a continuous supply of innovative, hands-on talent to the nation’s
strategic emerging industries!
