Fang Naichun, the head of China Vocational Education Association, visited Rhein-Koester

On 11th of August, 2022, Mr Fang Naichun, the head of China Vocational Education Association, Yang Hongyu, the secretary-general of provincial China Vocational Education Association, Liu Xiaojian, the deputy secretary-general of provincial China Vocational Education Association, visited Rhein-Koester.

During the  discussion, Fang Naichun pointed out that the new Vocational Education Law has special provisions to encourage foreign exchanges and cooperation in the field of vocational education. Through foreign exchanges and cooperation, countries can learn from each other, carry out in-depth cooperation on an equal basis, and explore mechanisms for mutual recognition of learning outcomes in vocational education. He said that the model of integration of industry and education of Rhein-Koester has remarkable effects and can be quickly replicated and promoted, which is suitable for the reform and development of vocational education in China. The future education ecology should be the organic integration of digitalized education resources and hybrid education mode. It should start from the development dilemma of disconnection between education and industry, and combine the concepts of digital transformation, scientific system, strategic adjustment, industrial restructuring and talent training to accurately recognize the trend, goal and current situation, so as to make vocational education contribute to the high-quality development of regional economy and society.
