Recently, Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has carried out a performance evaluation on the public training base identified and qualified in the early period. After the application of the units, the review of the competent departments, the expert review and the public announcement, the base built by 10 units such as Rhein-Koester was identified as the excellent performance unit of the Shandong Province 2022 public training base for the transition to new from old economic engines.
The Sino-German Public Training Base for intelligent manufacturing technology built by Rhein-Koester makes full use of the existing sites, teacher resources and training equipment to improve the competitive advantage of the intelligent manufacturing industry in the region, takes the German industry 4.0 standard as the core, and takes the “dual system” education and training model as the blueprint. Conduct special practical training for highly skilled talents in machinery manufacturing, electrical automation, industrial robot and other intelligent manufacturing related majors, and conduct standardized, systematic and universal professional skills training for emerging skills such as digitalization and industrial internet within the region. Develop and construct new technologies such as digital simulation application technology, industrial Internet of Things technology, big data application technology and information technology, and customize talent training programs according to the needs of industrial enterprises, so as to provide strong talent support for the transformation and upgrading of regional economy and the cultivation of emerging economic forces.
