From July 25 to August 12, 2022, the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project (hereinafter referred to as: SGAVE project) intelligent manufacturing teacher training was held in the Sino-German intelligent manufacturing industry-education integrated demonstration base. More than 150 teachers from Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational And Technical University, Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology, Wuhan Vocational College of Software and Engineering, Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic, Wenzhou Polytechnic, Jinan Vocational College, Harbin Vocational & Technical College and other 20 SGAVE project pilot colleges participated in the training.
As one of the cooperative enterprises of SAGVE project, Rhein-Koester is in charge of the development of the curriculum resource system and the college service for the two majors of electromechanical integration technology and industrial robot technology in the field of intelligent manufacturing. During the period of teacher training, Rhein-Koester works under the guidance of SGAVE project secretariat, referring to the dual system of vocational education model and German standards, organized the company’s core engineers, trainers to do a good job in the development of curriculum resources construction, high-level teacher training, assessment and evaluation certification system construction, project accompanying guidance services and other pilot implementation work, to provide open and humanized German standard training environment for participating teachers, the training is equipped with the new loose-leaf type, work manual type “double integration” featured textbooks that is independently designed and developed by Rhein-Koester; fully guarantee the quality of training, and work with pilot colleges to promote the high-quality implementation of the project, to provide skilled personnel support for the development of service economy.
