Launch Ceremony of 2023 German Dual System Vocational Education and Training Instructor Qualification (AEVO) Training Held at Rhein Koester Qingdao Platform

On July 17, 2023, the training for the
German “Dual System” Vocational Education and Training Instructor
Qualification (AEVO) officially commenced at the Rhein Koester Qingdao Company.
The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Yun Yue, a vocational education expert
from the German Chamber of Commerce Abroad Alliance, Ms. Jin Yueyun, the Head
of the Education Division at Rhein Koester Qingdao Company, as well as all
participating teaching staff and trainees.

Leveraging the dual-cross public
training base for Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing, Rhein Koester is
poised to harness its international resources in the fields of intelligent
manufacturing and talent development. The company aims to establish a platform
for the growth of teaching staff within the AEVO project. This platform will
provide systematic training and industry skill development, drawing inspiration
from the German model. By enhancing teachers’ pedagogical techniques,
professional knowledge, and quality management practices, Rhein Koester aims to
comprehensively elevate teaching standards. This effort is expected to lay a
strong foundation of skilled professionals to support China’s manufacturing
industry in its transition and advancement towards high-quality development.
