From July 2nd to July 13th, 2023, the
Intelligent Manufacturing Core Technology Faculty Enhancement Training Program
organized by Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College took place in two
locations, Zibo and Qingdao. This training program, hosted by Rhein Koester,
saw the participation of over 40 experienced educators.
The attending instructors
wholeheartedly acknowledged the expertise demonstrated by the trainers from
Rhein Koester. They also expressed that this training initiative holds
significant value in terms of exploring innovative pathways for nurturing
university-level talents, as well as enhancing the capacity for innovative
educational services. The training has led them to reevaluate and update their
own educational philosophies, broaden their approach to work management, and
elevate their professional aptitude.
Armed with the insights gained from
this training, the educators are committed to seamlessly integrating the
acquired knowledge and teaching methodologies into their regular instructional
practices. They are determined to empower their students to truly excel and
apply their learning effectively, using this training opportunity as a catalyst
for meaningful educational progress.
