Opening Ceremony of the 2023 “Smart” Craftsman Skills Upgrading Training Course of Lovol was Held at Rhein Koester Qingdao Company

On
the morning of June 27th, the commencement ceremony for Lovol’ 2023 “Smart
Manufacturing” Artisan Skill Enhancement Training Class took place at
Rhein Koester Qingdao Company. Among the distinguished attendees were Zhu
Changtao, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Chairman of the Qingdao West
Coast New Area General Union; Liu Hongyong, Secretary of the Party Committee
and Chairman of the Labor Union at Lovol; Yang Jinlong, Deputy General Manager
of Rhein Koester Weifang Company; and Jin Yueyun, Minister of the Education
Department at Rhein Koester Qingdao Company.

This
year’s Lovol’ 2023 “Smart Manufacturing” Artisan Skill Enhancement
Training Class is tailored for various trades, including machining, welding,
technical improvement and management, equipment assembly, and more. Employing
an intensive, non-disruptive approach, the training curriculum encompasses
theoretical knowledge, focused practical training, technical exchange sessions,
and more. Following the training’s completion, a comprehensive assessment will
be administered, with successful participants receiving pertinent certificates
