From May 27th to 30th, the 2025 International Youth Exchange Conference · Zibo International Friendship City 40 Years and the Second International Friendship Week series of activities will be held in Zibo. Outstanding youth representatives from all over the world gathered in Zibo to participate in exchange activities in the fields of economy, trade, education, culture, etc., enhancing mutual understanding, establishing deep friendships, and consolidating the power of youth. During the event, Daniel Schneider, Director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Bavarian State Government Office in Germany, Dr. Matthias Hadesbeck, Head of China Affairs at the Ministry of Science and Arts, and Liu Yu, representative of the Bavarian State China Representative Office, visited the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base operated by Rheingold and conducted on-site inspections of the achievements of Sino German industrial cooperation.
The visiting delegation had a deep understanding of the deep integration of Germany’s “dual system” and China’s “industry education integration” strategy at the Sino German Digital Economy and Intelligent Manufacturing Empowerment Center. They also observed the practical training of AI+Sino German Rhine Intelligent Craftsman Class students and the teaching classroom of Zibo Sino German Rhine Intelligent Technology School students.
In recent years, Rheingold has continued to deepen its “technology+education” dual wheel drive strategy, accelerating the construction of a two-way empowered global vocational education system. It has established long-term strategic partnerships with nearly 100 German universities, industry leaders, and research institutions, jointly promoting the implementation of multiple technology transfer, talent cultivation, public platform construction, and other projects, forming a Sino German ecological cooperation network covering “technology transformation standard co construction talent co education”.
In the future, Rheinland Coster will take this 2025 International Youth Exchange Conference as an opportunity, take the International Friendship Week as a link, give full play to the role of Sino German cooperation bridge, invite more German talents to China for internship and employment, attract more overseas technical talents to China for development, adhere to the strategy of “bringing in and going out”, create a transnational technical talent circulation system, accelerate the “dual system localization innovation” of Chinese vocational education, train more outstanding engineers who meet the needs of enterprises and adapt to the development of new quality productivity, and provide strong talent support for the high-quality development of local enterprises.
