Shandong College of Electronic Technology — Rhein-Koester AEVO Trainer Certification and Training Class Opening Ceremony & Awarding Ceremony was successfully held

On 18th of July, 2022, Shandong College of Electronic Technology —
Rhein-Koester AEVO Trainer Certification and Training Class Opening Ceremony
& Awarding Ceremony was successfully held in Sino-German Intelligent
Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base. Chen Xiaorong, the vice
director of Greater China Vocational Education of AHK, Yun Yue, the project
manager, Liu Yong, the section chief of Education Section of Shandong College
of Electronic Technology, Dong Hong, the dean of Department of Finance and
Economics, Liu Dali, the senior training director of Rhein-Koester, Chen Peng,
the vice general manager participated the event. Li Juejin, the vice section
director of Education Section of Shandong College of Electronic Technology,
conducted the conference.

Prof. Eric Moskwa indicated that Shandong College of Electronic
Technology is an ‘Old friend’ of Rhein-Koester, which has cultivated a large
number of application-oriented talents in fields such as intelligent
manufacturing, and has contributed greatly to the development of local
characteristic industries and industries. Rhein-Koester will give full play to
its advantages in Sino-German cooperation and exchanges and innovation of
professional talent training models, and jointly build “Sino-German
(Germany) Faculty Training Base’
and ‘Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing International Training Certification
Center’ with Shandong College of Electronic Technology, jointly discuss how to build
a new model of high-quality talent training, and further strengthen the
friendly cooperation between China and Germany in the field of vocational
education.

Vice director Chen Xiaorong said in his speech that he hoped that based
on the training, teachers and trainees would have a better understanding of the
basic framework of German ‘Dual-system’ vocational education, and have an
in-depth understanding of the course design, course implementation and student
evaluation involved in practical training, and combined with their own teaching
practice experience, take an exploration and form a set of effective ‘Dual-system’
vocational education concept.

Director Liu Dali said in his speech that AHK Greater China is a bridge
connects enterprises from Germany and China, especially in providing
high-quality human resources and other aspects, and has made great
contributions to vocational education of China. Rhein-Koester is committed to
the study of German ‘Dual-system’ vocational education model, and some
achievements have been made in the talent training mode, faculty training,
development of teaching materials, and integration of industry and education.
He expressed the hope that through this AEVO training, teachers and students
will learn from each other, explore boldly, improve their professional skills
and practical teaching ability, and apply the part of the ‘Dual-system’
education that is in line with domestic conditions in their daily work, and
jointly contribute to the vocational education development of China.

Director Donghong quoted General Secretary Xi Jinping’s famous saying
that ‘dream starts with learning, and career starts with practice’as a message
to teachers and students. At the same time, three requirements were put forward
for this training: firstly, we must cherish the opportunity and ensure that we
can gain what we have learned; secondly, we must be accurate, learn through
action, and act during learning; thirdly, we must strictly keep discipline, be strict in
requirements. She hopes that through this training, the integration of industry
and education in vocational education and school-enterprise cooperation will
continue to be deepened. Teachers and students will analyze the innovative
concept of German-type education, deeply understand the essence of high-quality
development of German vocational education, and deeply understand the latest
trend and industrial needs in their major, and strive to have a deeper and more
rational understanding of the field of work research that you are engaged in

awarding ceremony of the ‘German Faculty Training Base’.
