From August 21 to 25, the 2025 Specialized Training Program for Dual-Qualified Master Teacher Studios and the 2025 Specialized Training Program for the Xu Kong Joint Master Craftsman Studio of New Era Vocational Schools were held at the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Twenty professional teachers participated in the training.
This training program leverages Rhein-Koester’s independently developed smart manufacturing production line and FMS flexible manufacturing system to create a highly realistic physical teaching environment. It focuses on key technical modules such as digital modeling of the five core components of FMS and integrated system debugging, transforming abstract theories into actionable and verifiable practical tasks. Characterized by the distinctive approach of “learning by doing and creating through learning,” Rhein-Koester’s training team integrates real-world projects throughout the curriculum. This guides participating educators to deepen their understanding through hands-on practice and enhance their capabilities through collaborative innovation, comprehensively strengthening their professional technical proficiency and instructional implementation skills in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
This training program not only substantially enhanced the practical skills of faculty members in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and digital twins, but also strengthened cross-regional and cross-institutional exchange and collaboration among educators.
