Trainees from Hunan Vocational College Teacher Quality Improvement (National Higher Vocational Training) Class and Higher Vocational Implementation Ability Improvement Class, visited Rhein-Koester (Hunan) Inter-enterprise Training Center.

On 8th of October, 2021, Hunan Railway Professional Technology College organized approximately 50 teachers (trainees) from Hunan Vocational College Teacher Quality Improvement (National Higher Vocational Training) Class and Higher Vocational Implementation Ability Improvement Class to visited Rhein-Koester (Hunan) Inter-Enterprise Training Center, and exchanged ideas about educational model of German ‘Dual-system’ vocational education, assessment methods, and localization of German ‘Dual-system’ vocational education for local regions. 

During the seminar, the teachers delegation indicates that they have a better understanding in how the German ‘Dual-system’ vocational education serve the local students, which helps them to improve their teaching quality, they hopes to find an entry point in the reform of vocational education in the future to develop cooperation with Rhein-Koester, and jointly promote the development of vocational education.
