From July 28 to August 17, 2025, the teacher training program for the Industrial Robotics Technology specialty under the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project (SGAVE) was held at the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
This training program closely aligns with cutting-edge industry developments, systematically covering the latest technological advancements, trends, typical application scenarios, and efficient teaching methodologies in the field of industrial robotics. It implements the principle of “integrating theory with practice and combining learning with hands-on application,” ensuring a solid theoretical foundation while emphasizing the cultivation of trainees’ practical skills and problem-solving abilities in real equipment environments.
Participating instructors reported substantial gains from the training. Not only did they systematically master cutting-edge industrial robotics technologies, but they also closely aligned their learning with the practical needs of their respective institutions’ program development and job-specific skill requirements. They conducted an in-depth analysis of the comprehensive professional competency structure required for industry talent.
