On January 8, 2026, the special public welfare training on Construction of Enterprise Employment Risk Control System, co-hosted by the Zibo Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Zibo Enterprises Association, was successfully held at the International Academic Exchange Center of the China-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
The training aimed to assist enterprises in establishing a scientific and comprehensive labor employment risk control system and conducting a full – scale investigation of employment risks. Relevant leaders of the Zibo Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Cao Tonglun, Executive Deputy Secretary – General of the Zibo Enterprises and Entrepreneurs Association, attended the event. More than 120 relevant responsible persons from enterprises across the city participated in the training, and the on – site learning atmosphere was enthusiastic.
Teacher Gan Xiaofeng, senior consultant of Qi’an Consulting Legal Research Institute, consultant on the construction of enterprise employment risk control systems, with 15 years of experience in labor law and employee relations management, and senior consultant for many top 500 listed enterprises, was specially invited to give lectures at this training.
