By 19th of July, 2020, INOV & Rhein-Koester Electrical training class ceremony was held in Rhein-Koester Electrical Practical Training Center. Jia Xueqin, the HR director of INOV, Wang Dan and Pang Zhiyan, the HR managers; Liu Donghai, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester; Wang Honglei, the director of Education department and all the participants attended the ceremony. 

The ‘Pre-job training class’ was jointly organized by Rhein-Koester and INOV, which are designed for 27 new employees of INOV. The training course covers Electrical safety, Mechanical, Electrical automation technology and other customized content. Meanwhile, the course introduced concepts of Quality awareness, Costs awareness, Team working, 6S etc in the trainings, which improve the technical skills and abilities for requirements of their job position. 

Jia Xueqin, the HR diretor of INOV, indicated that participants shall fully apply what they have learned during the working, and she hopes the trainees continuing their self-development. She declared that the cooperation between Rhein-Koester and INOV is a good starting for the future, she hope to establish a tight connection with Rhein-Koester and develop more customized training programs to strengthen abilities of employees, and further to develop INOV to a global international brand.
