Before the spring festival, the leading group of Rhein-Koester visited veterans’ families and expressed the festival wishes and regards to them.

On 11th of January, 2020, Rhein-Koester’s 2019th Winter Faculty Training was completed; approximate 60 teachers from Jinan Vocational College participated the faculty training. 

On 7th January, 2020, Hu Chengman, the chief vice GM of Rhein-Koester; Wang Honglei, the head of Education Department, Ma Jiaolin, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester (Zhuzhou) attended the Sino-German class seminar with 2018th students of class, they listened to the advices from students and discussed future development together. Students actively give advices about learning experience, daily management of class, ability development and future career, etc. 

On 7th of January, ‘National First-Class Undergraduate Major — Constructional Implementations of Automation Major’ seminar was jointly held by Hunan University of Technology and Rhein-Koester. Li Xuegang, vice manager of office of educational administration, He jing, dean of automation college, Hu chengman, the chief vice GM of Rhein-Koester, and Wang honglei, the head of education department attended the seminar. The key discussion points of seminar involves establishment of the course system of ‘Automation major’ , talent development model, practical training and method, solution for integration between manufacturing and education etc. 

From 10th to 12th of January, 2020, Mr Wei xiaofeng, the deputy secretary and principal of Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology, lead team with 13 people to visit Rhein-Koester. Mr Cui Zhi, the GM of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng, vice GM; Wang Wei, project manager; Wang Honglei, head of Education department are accompanied for visiting. 

On 2nd of January, 2020, ex-servicemen visiting group with 120 people visited Rhein-Koester Inter-Enterprise Training Center and Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Training Center. Officers of Zibo Ex-servicemen Affairs Bureau attended the visiting activities. 

On December 20, 2019, under the leadership of Mr. Li Wanjun, head teacher of Mechatronics and Mr. Gao Wei, head teacher of Electrical Automation, all the students of Sino-German intelligent manufacturing institute of Zibo Vocational College visited the “double span training center” and “Sino-German intelligent manufacturing technology public training base” in Rhein-Koester.

On the morning of December 18, 2019, the Gardner Denver (GDI) special recruitment seminar was held at the Rhein Koester (Zibo) Double-Span Training Center. Rhein Koester invited GDI human resources commissioner Zhao Xiaolei to bring wonderful recruitment lectures to students of sino German class from Zibo Construction Engineering School, Zibo Technical School, and Zibo Information Engineering School.
