On April 12, 2019, Rhein-Koester Inter-enterprise Training Center held a special Kohler recruitment seminar in Zibo. More than 100 Sino-German class students from Zibo Construction Engineering College and Zibo Technical College participated in the seminar. The center invited Wang Ningning, the human resources manager of Zibo Kohler Co., Ltd. to gave a wonderful recruitment lectures to the trainees.

On April 2, 2019, Xu Kai, director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Donggang District, Rizhao City, and Zhang Bin, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Donggang District Party Committee, visited Rhein-Koester (Weifang) Sino-German intelligent manufacturing technology transfer and public service platforms.

On April 3, 2019, under the leadership of Kao Minhua, president of Shandong University (Weifang) Alumni Association, a group of 11 people from Shandong University (Weifang) Alumni Association visited  Rhein-Koester (Weifang) platform.

On April 2, 2019, the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between Rhein-Koester and Fachhochschule Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and the unveiling ceremony of the Sino-German Institute of Intelligent Science and Technology were held in the conference room on the 10th floor of the Huoju Tower of the Management Committee of Zibo High-tech Zone.

From April 1 to April 3, 2019, Chen Jingbin, deputy secretary and dean of the Party Committee of Hunan Vocational Institute of Technology, Huang Xiachun, deputy dean, He Ying, dean of the Intelligent Manufacturing Institute, Ge Qing, director of the scientific research department, and Xu Jun, director of Office of Party and Government Affairs, visited Rhein-Koester inter-enterprise training center and Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service platforms where based in Qingdao, Zibo and Weifag, respectively. The visit took three days and the group conducted an in-depth survey about the establishment of Public service platform, ‘Dual-System’ talent training, faculty training project and the R&D of Intelligent manufacturing equipments, etc.

The signing ceremony between RHEIN-KOESTER and Siemens was held in Hanover, Germany. Mr. Hu Chengman, Executive Vice General Manager of Shandong RHEIN-KOESTER Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd, and Mr. Zhang Jinsong, Vice President of Industrial Sales of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. signed the MindSphere MoU as representatives of both sides. Both sides are committed to the full promotion of MindSphere’s digital cloud solutions in the field of education. Dr. Jan Mrosik, CEO of Siemens Digital Factory Group, Mr. Wang Haibin, Executive Vice President of Siemens (China), General Manager of Siemens Digital Factory Group, Mr. Steve Bashada, Executive Vice President of Siemens Cloud Applications and Services, Mr. Eric Moskwa, President of RHEIN-KOESTER and Mr. Xu Qiang, Technical Director of RHEIN-KOESTER, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of the contract.

On April 1, 2019, Feng Chunjun, deputy director of the Shandong-Bayern Vocational Faculty Training Center, and Yuan Haoxun, the head of the class, led a 40 people team which consists of 40 people from professional industrial specialists abilities improvement seminar in Fujian Province to visit Rhein-Koester, the group explored and discussed theme of Sino-German intelligent manufacturing technology transfer and localization of vocational education implementation etc.

In the afternoon of March 28, 2019, more than 30 people from the Weifang Enterprise Confederation visited the Weifang platform of Rhein-Koester to exchange ideas, sharing the experience of advanced technology from domestic and abroad with the theme of implementing the new inclusive policy.
