On May 14, 2019, 7 people including Sheng Jianhui, Minister of Machinery Technology Department of CRRC ZHUZHOU ELECTRIC CO.,LTD., Zeng Huan, General Manager of Locomotive Business Department, Shen Qingyun, General Manager of Locomotive, Yin Baoliang, Head of Process R & D department, and Shi Lei, Training Director of Locomotive Business Department, etc. visited Rhein-Koester Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing (Zhuzhou) technology public service platform, the visiting team inspected and surveyed the implementation plan of ‘Vocational Skill Competition of CRRC’.

From May 14th to 15th, 2019, Wen Hanchen, Dean of Jining Technician College, Wang Zhimin, Deputy Dean, Li Zhonghong, Dean of Academic Affairs Office, Yan Yunbo, Minister of College-Enterprise Cooperation, and Zhang Guanghui, member of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, visited Rhein-Koester platforms in Zibo and Weifang, as well as surveyed the innovative achievements of German ‘Dual-System’ localization, and the construction of German standardized practical training base.

On May 7, 2019, the mini talk (Qingdao stop) of Edu Integration between Industry and Education Ideas Exchange 2019 was held in Rhein-Koester (Qingdao). Invited by the Education + World Vocational Education Conference Organizing Committee, leaders of eight institutions in Qingdao and around regions, leaders of seven companies including Comau (Shanghai) Engineering Co., Ltd. and managers of related associations attended the meeting. Hu Chengman, Executive Deputy General Manager of Rhein-Koester, was invited to attend the meeting and shared the innovation achievements of Rhein-Koester’s implementation of “industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation”.

On May 7, 2018, Professor Zhang Xiangyun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Shandong University of Technology, Ai Xiujun, Director of Shandong Provincial Vocational Faculty Training Center, Shi Xuejun, Deputy Director, Gong Changjiang, Chief of Comprehensive Department, Wang Haochen, Director of Engineering Training Center, Li Wensen, deputy director of the Engineering Training Center, Li Jiapeng, the chief of the training section of the Engineering Training Center (deputy head of science and technology in Zichuan District) visited “Inter-enterprise Training Center” and “Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Training Base”, the team surveyed principles of German vocational training, Industry 4.0, New engineering, Professional certification, etc. Explored new ideas for vocational faculty training under new environment, discussed the construction of new intelligent manufacturing base, and new cooperative approaches of education between enterprises and colleges.

On May 6, 2019, the first stage of the German AHK mechatronics vocational qualification certification exam was started at Rhein-Koester Inter-enterprise Training Center. 95 Sino-German class students from Liaocheng Vocational and Technical College, Zibo Construction Engineering College and Zibo Technical College Participants took this exam.

On April 23, 2019, Sun Jindong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong College of Chemical Technicians, Wang Qingjie, Dean of college, and a group of six people visited “Inter-enterprise Training Center” and “Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Training Base” of Rhein-Koester.

为促进团队建设，进一步提升技能人才专业素质，培养造就新时代高素质的技能人才队伍，中车株机公司机车事业部于4月21日在莱茵科斯特中德智能制造（株洲）技术公共服务平台举行职业技能海选竞赛。
