Just after the Spring Festival in 2019, the trainer team of Rhein-Koester went to Germany, they went to Hesse Technical Training Center and the Mainz (ILW) Inter-Enterprise Training Center for a five-week refresher seminar and cultural exchange activities in batches.On March 19, 2019, Summary seminar of Trainer’s training in Germany was held. The trainers from Qingdao, Zibo, Zhuzhou, Taicang, Weifang and other inter-enterprise training centers participated in the report and showed the learning results, as well as shared training experience.

On March 20, 2019, Zhang Luping, director of the Senior Education Office of the Pingdu Technician College led a group of more than 80 teachers and students to Rhein-Koester (Weifang) platform for a half-day study tour.

On March 19, 2019, leaders of Weifang City Science and Technology Bureau Xin Chong, Party Branch Secretary Zhang Yutian, Weifang City Productivity Promotion Center Director Qin Junying, Kuiwen District Science and Technology Bureau Director Ni Haibin, and other leaders visited Rhein-Koester Weifang platform. 

On March 13, 2019, Zheng Shengmin, deputy director of the Land and Resources Bureau of the High-tech Zone, led a team of 7 people to visit the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing (Weifang) technology public service platform for inspection.

On March 4, 2019, Yuan Liang, a trainer at the Rhein-Koester Intelligent Manufacturing Inter-enterprise (Zhuzhou) Training Center, stepped into the class of the Power Valley Branch of Hunan Institute of Technology  and guided the “Simple Integration Project Practice” in class 1171.

On March 1, 2019, Hu Chengman, deputy general manager of Rhein-Koester, Xu Qiang, director of the intelligent manufacturing department, and other four people visited the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation of Beihang University. Professor Yu Jingjun, Vice Dean of the School, Professor Zheng Lianyu, a doctoral supervisor, and representatives of doctoral students  shared experience of college-enterprise cooperation, as well as discussed the construction of intelligent manufacturing undergraduate system.

On February 26, 2019, Yang Xichun, deputy director of the Weifang Industry and Information Bureau, and a group of 5 people visited the Sino-German intelligent manufacturing technology transfer and public service platform of Rhein-Koester (Weifang) to promote the implementation of new and old kinetic energy conversion and support the development of private enterprises
