8月20日至8月26日，首期烟台港企业内训师师资培训班在莱茵科斯特双跨培训中心圆满结束。

8月13日，莱茵科斯特AHK机电一体化师中德项目班迎来了首届毕业生。
莱茵科斯特AHK机电一体化师中德项目班开始于2015年，引入德国先进的职业教育体系，与技工院校和职业院校展开合作，共建机电领域最具竞争力的专业和班级，让中国的年轻人以较低的成本享受到高质量的德式教育服务。这是淄博市首个德国“双元制”职业教育模式的落地项目，更是中德合作、校企合作的成功典范。

In the midsummer of August, hundreds of pieces of training equipment need to be delivered to Weifang branch at the same time. The employees of the Manufacturing Department and the Machining Workshop came to the production workshop at six in the morning, and pack all the training equipment that had been packed downstairs for loading. After finishing all this work, they have no time to take break, they are not afraid of suffering, they are not afraid of being tired, and they are back to the production work again. The valuable quality and hard working of them assure the normal progress of production.

On the afternoon of July 27, 2018, Yang Cuiming, dean of Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Vocational College, Li Yumin, deputy dean, Guo Wentao, director, and Zhang Hua, dean of the School of Electrical Engineering, and a group of four visited Rhein-Koester (Zhuzhou) Inter-enterprise Training Center.

Rhein-Koester cooperated with the Bayern Mechatronics & Industry 4.0 Faculty Training Center again, and started the training in Shandong and Hunan provinces. More than 60 key professional teachers from multiple colleges participated in this training. Mr. Würzner and Mr. Weibel, professors of mechatronics, brought wonderful courses in Zibo, Shandong and Zhuzhou, Hunan, respectively.

Jiao Haiyang, 28 years old, graduated from Jinan Vocational College AHK Industrial Mechanical Sino-German Class, joined Rhein-Koester in May 2017 and became an ordinary employee of the machining center. After he joined the company, he worked hard on technology and work conscientiously. He is not only mastered the technical skills and business needs required for this position, but also actively learned new knowledge and new skills, and constantly improved his overall quality and skill level. In just a few months, Jiao Haiyang quickly grew from an ordinary milling machine operator to a skilled and versatile man who was skilled in milling and milling machines.

On July 25, 2018, Chairman and President of Shenzhen GTA Education Tech Ltd(hereinafter referred to as “ GTA”), Professor of Finance at Shanghai Jiaotong University and Professor Chen Gongmeng, Vice President of National Vocational and Technical Education Association and Private Vocational Education Branch Chairman Yu Zhongwen, and Shenzhen GTA New North District Chief Zhang Zhenlong, Assistant of the Board Li Bingzhe, Shandong Provincial General Li Bin, and Deputy Director of Education Equipment Yu Gang visited Rhein-Koester Inter-enterprise Training Center and Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Training Base for visiting and communication.

On the afternoon of July 23, 52 students from domestic and foreign universities participating in the 2018 Zhuzhou High-tech zone College Summer Social Practice Camp visited the Rhein-Koester (Zhuzhou) Inter-enterprise Training Center in China Power Valley Innovation Park. Walk into the 13 training technology center sites, face-to-face communication with corporate project managers and professional training teachers, and experience the charm of industrial grade training equipment which the designing based on the industry 4.0 standard.
