From July 15 to August 16, 2024, the 5th phase of the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education (SGAVE) Intelligent Manufacturing Faculty Training was conducted simultaneously in Zibo, Qingdao, Wuhan, Changzhou, and Zhuzhou. Nearly 2,000 teachers from over 40 institutions nationwide, including Fujian Polytechnic of Information Technology, Hubei Science And Technology College, Wenzhou Vocational and Technical College, and Jinan Vocational College, participated in this training.

From August 1 to 7, 2024, the German-Chinese Youth “Root-Seeking Summer Camp” was successfully concluded in Shandong. Sixteen German-Chinese youths from the Chinese Language School in Bavaria and the Huayin Chinese Language School in Frankfurt gathered in the land of Qilu (Shandong Province) to embark on a fascinating journey of exploring traditional Chinese culture.

On the afternoon of August 2, 2024, under the careful guidance of the Science Popularization Department of the Zibo High-Tech Zone Science and Technology Bureau, the Zibo Science and Technology Museum organized nearly 50 students with a passion for technology to visit the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Integration Demonstration Base, embarking on a technological journey titled “The Happy Home of Robots.”

On the afternoon of August 2, 2024, Ma Xiangqian, Director of the Cultural and Education Committee of the Binhzhou Municipal People’s Congress, along with Ning Shoudong, former Director of the Binhzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Party Secretary of Binhzhou Technician College, and other leaders visited Rhein Koester.

On July 29, 2024, the Rhein Koester Sino-German Class Project Summer Faculty Training was officially launched at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Integration Demonstration Base. The three-week training program includes professional teachers from several institutions, including Hubei Engineering Rnstitute, Zibo Vocational Institute, Zaozhuang Vocational College, Yantai Automobile Engineering Professional College, Yantai Shipbuilding Industry School, Yantai Institute of Technology, Hulunbuir Vocational Technical College, and the Shenzhou Vocational and Technical Education Center of Hebei Province.

On July 29, 2024, a delegation of 15 people, including Tang Guiyao, Executive Director of the Shandong Province Talent Development Strategy Research Institute, and Liu Xiaojun, Deputy Director of the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, visited the Zibo High-Tech Zone to conduct a field survey at Rhein Koester and other enterprises. The focus of the survey was on the integration of the “four chains” (industrial chain, innovation chain, education chain, and talent chain) as well as talent cultivation and development.

On July 23rd, the 2024 Government-Assigned Veterans Welcome Ceremony and Adaptation Training was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base in Zibo High-tech Zone. The event was hosted by the Zibo High-Tech Zone Veterans Affairs Office and organized by Rhein Koester, with 26 veterans participating in the training.

On July 23, 2024, the signing ceremony for the framework agreement between Rhein Koester (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College for the Sino-German International Industrial Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Integration Demonstration Base.
