On July 6, 2023, a delegation of 7 officials led by Liu Lifu, Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee and a member of the Party Group of the Municipal Education Bureau, along with Xiao Yunlin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Jingzhou Polytechnic Vocational College, and Fang Fengbo, Party Committee Member and Vice President of Jingzhou Vocational and Technical College, conducted an investigative research trip to Zibo. During the morning hours of the same day, the delegation visited and conducted research at Rhein Koester.The delegation was accompanied by Li Xiaotong, Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of Zibo Municipal Party Committee and a member of the Party Group of the Municipal Education Bureau, Sun Longzhou, Level Four Researcher of the Education Bureau, Sun Qiyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Zibo Vocational College, Zhang Chengshan, Party Committee Member and Vice President of the college, Mou Xiangfeng, Deputy Director of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Zibo High-tech Zone, and Cao Zhiguang, Deputy Director of the Educational and Sports Center, among others.

On July 4, 2023, a delegation led by Zhang Zhuxiu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Shandong Talent Development Group Co., Ltd., visited Rhein Koester for research and exchange. The delegation was received and briefed by Cui Zhi, Chairman of Rhein Koester, and Tang Jun, President of the China region.

Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province announced the list of Shandong Province’s International Science and Technology Cooperation Bases for the year 2023. After a series of procedures including application submission, recommendations from various districts and cities, expert evaluations, and on-site inspections, the application submitted by Rhein Koester has emerged victorious, securing the title of “Shandong Province International Demonstration Base for the Integration of Intelligent Manufacturing, Science, Education, and Industry.

On July 3rd, 2023, a signing ceremony was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base, marking the collaboration between Rhein Koester and the Bavarian State Vocational School for Technicians (Bachelor of Technology) in Kempton, Germany. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Hans Daniel, the Principal of the Bavarian State Vocational School for Technicians; Mr. Yuan Dongsheng, Director of the Hans Seidel Foundation Office at the Shandong-Bavaria Vocational Education Teacher Training Center; and representatives from Rhein Koester including Mr. Cui Zhi, Chairman; Mr. Liu Donghai, Vice General Manager; Mr. Tan Fei, Director of the Sino-German Education Project; and Mr. Benning, Project Director of the Sino-German Project.

On June 30, 2023, the High-tech Industrial Development and Informationization Bureau of Zibo High-tech Zone, in collaboration with Rhein Koester, successfully concluded a high-tech talent skill enhancement training program at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Approximately 120 technical personnel from nearly 30 companies, including Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shandong Xinhua Medical Devices Co., Ltd., Zichai Power Co., Ltd., Shandong Kaitai Petrochemical Co., Ltd., participated in this training event.

On June 30, 2023, a delegation of five individuals led by General Sun Linping from the People’s Liberation Army Daily paid a visit to Rhein Koester Company for the purpose of exchange and exploration. The Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch at Rhein Koester, Liu Qingfa, along with the Director of Innovative Projects, Wang Honglei, warmly welcomed and provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s endeavors.

On the morning of June 27th, the commencement ceremony for Lovol’ 2023 “Smart Manufacturing” Artisan Skill Enhancement Training Class took place at Rhein Koester Qingdao Company. June 16, 2023, Zibo City Political Consultative Conference “improve vocational education and training system, to create ‘production and education fusion, school-city fusion’ Zibo model” forum held in the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry and Education Fusion Demonstration Base. The symposium is led by the Committee of Education, Health and Sports, and takes the way of jointly carrying out with the Democratic Progressive Zibo Municipal Committee, the Municipal Bureau of Education and other relevant departments in a coordinated manner.
