On July 31st, the signing ceremony for the collaborative partnership between Urumqi Vocational University and Rhein Koester took place at Rhein Koester’s Qingdao. Attendees at the ceremony included Tang Xiaobing, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Urumqi Vocational University; Re Yihan Aimaiti, Vice President and Member of the University’s Party Committee; Aierken Aizezi, Dean of the School of Information Engineering; Zhao Jing, Director of the Information Technology Teaching and Research Office; Chen Peng, Deputy General Manager of Rhein Koester Group; Lian Kaiwei, General Manager of the Tai’an Company; Jin Yueyun, Minister of Education Department at the Qingdao Company; and Zhu Xiaochi, Manager of the Marketing Department.

On July 31, 2023, the inaugural group of experts from the “National Expert Pool in the Employment Sector,” appointed by the State Council, visited and inspected Rhein Koester Company. The delegation was led by Mr. Xia Luqing, President of the Shandong Province Association for Human Resources Development Promotion and former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, holding the rank of first-level inspector. Mr. Cui Zhi, Chairman of Rhein Koester Company, along with other relevant company officials, presented an overview of the company during the visit.

From July 17th to July 28th, 2023, the Rhein Koester Sino-German Project held a summer teacher training program at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Vocational-Educational Integration Demonstration Base. Nearly 70 professional educators from 10 institutions including Shandong University of Technology, Shandong Vocational College of Light Industry, Shandong Vocational College of Industry and Technology, Shandong Taishan Vocational College, Yantai Institute of Technology, and Yantai School of Shipbuilding Industry participated in this training.

On the morning of July 27, 2023, Vice Principal Li Lijia and a delegation of over 30 members from Jiangnan Vocational School in Chongqing visited Rhein Koester Qingdao Company for an exchange and exploration. The delegation was warmly received by the Marketing Department Managers, Mr. Qiao Zhen and Ms. Wang Zhu, who provided an informative overview of the company’s operations.

On July 25, 2023, more than 60 members of the leadership team and middle-level cadres from Shandong Port Vocational Education Group, including Xu Guowang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Director, and General Manager; Li Yuanbin, Party Committee Member, Deputy General Manager, and Labor Union Chairman; Yang Juguang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of Qingdao Port and Harbor Vocational and Technical College; Wei Bin, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch and Principal of Shandong Port Engineering Advanced Technicians School; and Wang Jingtao, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Seafarer Training Center, visited and exchanged experiences at Rhein Koester Qingdao Company.

On July 19, 2023, the “Walking Alongside Law – Bringing Law into Enterprises” series of lectures on labor employment policies and regulations for the whole city was held as a specialized event in the High-tech Zone. The event took place at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. More than 200 participants attended the lecture, including leaders from the Zibo Labor Arbitration Court, representatives from the Zibo High-tech Zone, other districts and counties, as well as representatives from relevant enterprises, labor unions, and mediators from the city.

On the morning of July 21, 2023, more than 160 students and faculty members from the Information Management and Marketing majors at China University of Petroleum (East China) paid a visit to Rhein Koester Intelligent Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. Welcoming and providing insights were Wang Zhu and Guan Xuejuan, the Market Department Managers of Rhein Koester Qingdao, as well as Han Fei from the Comprehensive Department.

On the morning of July 21, 2023, the closing ceremony of the summer vocational training for teachers from Shandong Taishan Technician College and Henan Chemical Engineering Technician College was successfully held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. The event was attended by Mr. Liu Dali, Director of the Rhein Koester Industrial Research Institute, various professional trainers, and nearly 30 participating teachers from the two institutions.
