On February 14, 2023, Wang Liang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial People’s Congress, led the legislative research group to Zibo to investigate the modification of the Regulations on the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Shandong Province and the construction of grassroots legislative contacts of Shandong Provincial People’s Congress. On the morning of the same day, the research team went to Rhein Koester for investigation, accompanied by Sun Qinglei, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Standing Committee of Zibo Municipal People’s Congress, Bi Hongwei, deputy mayor of the Municipal People’s Government and other leaders.

On the afternoon of February 10th, the training meeting about the online archival filing of independent evaluation of enterprises in the High-tech Zone was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry and Education Integration Demonstration Base, which was jointly organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Center of High-tech Zone and Zibo City Human Resources and Social Security Department.

On February 7, 2023, the second phase of offline supplementary teacher training in the field of intelligent manufacturing of the SGAVE project was officially opened in Zibo Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.

On the afternoon of January 28, Ren Angang, the leader of the People’s Armed Forces Department of Zhangdian District, Zibo, visited Rhein-Koester for research.

On January 10, 2023, the eve of the Spring Festival, Liu Qingfa, deputy secretary of the party branch of Rhine-Koester, on behalf of Chairman Cui Zhi, came to Yulin Village and North Henan Village in Zibo High and New Technology District to visit the poor students in Zibo High-tech zone Experimental Middle School, and sent them 1,000 yuan scholarships and school gift packages respectively.
