On 21th of April, 2021, Zhao Jiajun, the vice chairman of Shandong CPPCC, lead research group to visited Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base, inspected and researched the information about integration between technology and education. 

On 10th of April, 2021, Sun Yingtao, the head of Zibo Bureau of Education; Li Zhengsheng, the party member of the bureau and head of Basic Education Research Institute; Sun Longzhou, the chief of Vocational and Continuing Education Section; Qu Wenyue, the vice director of Zibo High-Tech Zone Administration Committee; Zhao Linxiu, the director of High-Tech Zone Culture&Education and Health Affairs Center; Cao Zhiguang, the vice director in the center; Mu Xiao, the section chief in the center; Liu Ruliang, the manager of High-tech Zone City Investment Development Department; Xu Tianbin, the vice director of High-Tech Zone Natural Resource Bureau; Wang Zongyue, the director of High-Tech Zone Key Project Management Office; visited Rhein-Koester.

In order to enhance the cooperation between college and enterprise based on the integration between industry and education, as well as to promotes industrial transformation and the development of vocational education in Zibo, on 31th of March, 2021, the signing ceremony and the 2021th Industry-Education Integration & School-Enterprise Cooperation Promotion Conference was held in the academic lecture hall of Zibo Eletromechanical Engineering School. 

On 31th of March, 2021, Feng Wei, the chief of Integration between Information and Industry Section of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC; Sun Wenlong, the vice dean of China Electronics Standardization Institute and the vice director of Standard Working Committee of Internet Society of China, visited Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform (and the Qingdao Industrial Internet Vocational Skill Promotion Training Base) to inspect the project construction status of ‘Internet Collaborative Solution based on Integration between Industry and Information’.

On 29th of March, 2021, the launching ceremony of ‘Zibo Industrial Empowerment and Promotes High-Quality Development ’ Skills Competition was held in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration base (Siemens—Rhein-Koester Sino-German Industrial IoT R&D Base).

In order for the implementation of ‘Decisions about acceleration of the 14th five year planning’, on 24th of March, 2021, Li Mingtao and Sun Zhongyan, the vice directors of Financial and Economic Committee of Zibo People’s Congress, visited and inspected the construction status of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base.

 On 23th of March, 2021, Sun Yonghong, the member of Qingdao Standing Committee, secretary of working committee of Qingdao West-coast District, visited Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform (and the Digital Education Factory of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology).
