On 23th of September, 2020, the signing ceremony between Rhein-Koester and Shandong Vocational College of Industry was held. Ma Guangting, the president of Shandong Vocational College of Industry; Zhao Hongjun, the vice president of the college; Li Zhibo, the director of School-Enterprise Cooperation and Continuing Education Center; Li Shijun, the head of the Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering; Wang Enhai, the vice head of the institute; Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng, Liu Donghai and Liu Dali,, the vice General Manager of Rhein-Koester; Lian Kaiwei, the General Manager of Rhein-Koester (Taian) Co.,Ltd. attended the ceremony. Zhao Hongjun conducted the ceremony. 

On 20th of September, 2020, the ’Intelligent Manufacturing Training Class’ for the core technicians from Kenli district, was officially opened at Rhein-Koester Inter-Enterprise Training Center. Zhang Tingrong, the director of Kenli Public Employment and Talent Service Center, conducted the opening ceremony. Song Weiguo, the vice director of Kenli Industry and Information Technology Bureau; Liu Donghai, the vice General Manager of Rhein-Koester; Wang Zhen, the Automation Technology Training Manager; Guo Weiwei from the Kenli HR and Social Security Bureau; Yang Jian, the Rotating Secretary-General of Dongying Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology Innovation Alliance; Zhu Guozong, the vice Secretary-General of Dongying Association of Enterprise attended the ceremony. 

On 19th of September, 2020,  Rhein-Koester launched Digital Twin Technology ‘Process Simulate’ Faculty Training for part of the cooperative colleges by live broadcast. 

From 12th to 15th in September, 2020, approximately 600 students from Shandong Industrial Technician College, visited Rhein-Koester (Weifang) Platform to exchange.

On 10th of September, 2020, Doc. Yang Jun, and the 40 teachers from Tianjin Secondary Colleges who are participating the ‘Information Educational Capabilities Improvement Project’, visited the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service Platform to exchange.

On 9th of September, Li Yaping, the president of CAMETA (China Association for Mechatronics Technology and Application); Wang Jihong, the vice secretary-general of the CAMETA, visited Rhein-Koester. Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester, and Wang Wei, the Project Director were accompanied for the visiting.  

On 8th of September, 2020, the ‘Vocational career planning in enterprises’ seminar was held in Zibo Vocational Institute. The seminar was conducted by Mr Zhang Zhenzhong, the president of Rhein-Koester (Mainland) Training Department. Hu Yebing, the dean of Innovation and Entrepreneurship college of Zibo Vocational Institute; Liu Dali, the former vice dean from College of Education of Dongfeng Technician College; Gao Wei and Li Wanjun, the headteachers of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing class; and all trainees attended the seminar. 

On 7th of September, the Siemens NX-MCD faculty training class of Rhein-Koester was opened in Shenzhen Polytechinc. 15 core teachers from Shenzhen Polytechinc participate trainings for 5 days.
