On 2nd of November, 2020, Yang Dongliang, the Chairman of Qingdao Western-Coast New Region Committee of the CPPC, visited Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform to inspect works about intelligent manufacturing. Gao Ping, the vice General Manager of Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform accompanied for inspection and reported works.

In order to optimize the epidemic prevention in autumn-winter semester, Rhein-Koester Inter-Enterprise Training Center carried out epidemic prevention and emergency drilling on 23th of October, 2020. 

In January of 2019, Zibo Vocational Institute and Rhein-Koester signed to launch the jointly-establishment project of mixed ownership secondary college — Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing College, it innovated a new vocational educational model in ‘Zibo style’.

On 13th of October, 2020, the Hunan Vocational Institute of Technology & Rhein-Koester (2020) Sino-German Class held the School Presentation in Hunan Vocational Institute of Technology, approximately 300 new students from Mechatronics institute participated. Yi Weibiao, the vice General Manager of Rhein-Koester (Hunan) Co.,Ltd.; Ma Jiaolin, the vice General Manager; Huang Chunxia, the vice president of Hunan Vocational Institute of Technology; Yang Yimei, the vice dean of Power Valley; Zhou Yingchun, the Mechatronics Academic leader; and Zeng Xiaobo, the vice dean of Intelligent Manufacturing Institute attended the presentation.  

On 13th of October, the signing ceremony between Rhein-Koester and PILZ GmbH & Co. KG was successfully held. Li Xiuqing, the member of High-tech Zone Labor Committee and the head of High-tech Zone Investment Promotion Bureau; Huang Zhijiong, the Product &Technology Manager of PILZ (China); Jiang Tao, the manager of Rhein-Koester (North China); Zhang Xiuming, the Project Manager in Jinan; Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng, the vice General Manager of Rhein-Koester attended the ceremony. Wang Honglei, the director of Rhein-Koesters’ Educational Business Department, conduced the ceremony.  

On 29th of September, 2020, the opening ceremony of the 2020th Sino-German Senior Engineer Development Class was held in High-tech zone campus of Lu Zhong Vocational College. Zhang Bin, the vice dean of Lu Zhong Vocational College; Yan Tingbin, the vice dean of the college; Liu Donghai, the vice General Manager of Rhein-Koester; Sun Hao, the Director of Dual-system Education Project; and the representatives of both parties attended the ceremony. Lv Chengliang, the director of Senior Technician Department of Lu Zhong Vocational College, conducted the ceremony. 

From 27th to 29th of September, the trainees from Veteran Adaptive Training Class, visited the Zibo Veteran Entrepreneurship and Employment Training Base —Rhein-Koester.

On 25th of September, 2020, the ‘Intelligent Manufacturing Training Class’ for the core technicians from Kenli district, was successfully concluded. Zong Guoqing, the Rotating Secretary-General of Dongying Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology Innovation Alliance, conducted the ceremony. Yang Jian, the representative from Kenli HR and Social Security Bureau; Liu Donghai, the vice General Manager of Rhein-Koester; Sun Shuli, the Training Manager of Rhein-Koester IOT Technology Center, attended the graduation ceremony.
