By 31th of July, 2020, the ‘Technology Leads Dreams, Knowledge Creates Futures’ themed Intelligent Manufacturing Science Visiting was held in Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform. Rhein-Koester held experts seminars, invited the students to view the intelligent factory and carried out practical trainings for them. The theories learning and practices made young students had a better understanding of international standardized technologies, developed their scientific thinking and learning abilities. 28 students from Qingdao second senior high school and their parents participated the visiting. 

By 29th of July, 2020, the Dongying AI industrial Technology Innovation New Alliance opening ceremony and AI integrated development conference was successfully held. The conference approved the ‘Dongding AI industrial Technology Innovation New Alliance Regulations’, and elected the first administrative council, council chairman, vice council chairman and the rotating secretary-general. 

On 20th and 27th of July, 2020, Rhein-Koester invited Mr Hanns Deniffel, the president of German Bayern Kempten First Vocational School & the director of Industry 4.0 Faculty Training Center, and Mr Stefan Sommer, the senior trainer; the experts were invited to held a free public class for faculty training on webcast. The participating teachers are from approximately 110 colleges in China. The class was translated by Mr Cao Jin, the senior project manager of Rhein-Koester.

By 20th of July, 2020, the signing ceremony between Zibo Electrical Engineering College and Rhein-Koester was held in Rhein-Koester (Zibo) training base. 

By 19th of July, 2020, INOV & Rhein-Koester Electrical training class ceremony was held in Rhein-Koester Electrical Practical Training Center. Jia Xueqin, the HR director of INOV, Wang Dan and Pang Zhiyan, the HR managers; Liu Donghai, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester; Wang Honglei, the director of Education department and all the participants attended the ceremony. 

July, 2020, Zhang Long, the chief of Vocational Capacity Building Section of Shandong HR and Social Security Department, lead delegation to visited Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform and promote the construction of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Craftsman college. Sun Qian, the chief of  Vocational Capacity Building Section of Qingdao HR and Social Security bureau; Yu Wenjie, the vice chief of Vocational Capacity Building Section of Qingdao HR and Social Security bureau; Xu Haijie, the vice director of Sino-German Ecology Park Administration Committee; Tang Hua, the head of Science and Education Bureau of Sino-German Ecology Park; Cui Xiuguang, the president of Sino-German Applied Technology College in Qingdao West Coast New Area were accompanied for visiting. Hu Chengman, the executive vice GM of Rhein-Koester; Gao Ping, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Co.,Ltd reported the works. 

On 13th of July, 2020, the first Pre-Job training class for HAIJIA Machinery was held in Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform. Mr Xing Xianghu, the director of HAIJIA administration center; Zhang Xu, the director of Manufacturing Department of HAIJIA; Kang Xijuan, the director of Administration department; Gao Ping, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Co.,ltd., Liu Peng, the director of Marketing department attended the ceremony.
