Rhein-Koester is the intelligent manufacturing double qualified teachers training base designated by the Ministry of education, a professional teacher training center authorized by AHK, the cooperation company of Sino-German dual system vocational education (vetnet project) recognized by the Federal Ministry of education of Germany, focuses on the construction of “double qualified teachers team” in vocational education, build a closed-loop education ecological chain of integration of industry and education in the field of intelligent manufacturing, and realize the organic connection between education chain and talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain.

Recently, the list of the first batch of enterprises integrated industry and education in Shandong Province was released. As an enterprise that deeply participated in the integration of industry and education and cooperation with school and enterprises, Rhein-Koester was selected successfully.

On the morning of May 12, 2020, Huang Tonghua, the second level inspector of Qingdao human resources and Social Security Bureau, Sun Qian, the director of the vocational capacity building department, Yang Dongjie, the director of the municipal vocational and technical training research center, and Yao Mingfang, the director of the municipal vocational skills appraisal center, visited the Qingdao platform of Rhein-Koester to investigate and promote the related matters such as school running of the Sino-Germen intelligent manufacturing craftsman college and the international certification of skilled talents Matters. Xu Haijie, member of the Party group and deputy director of Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark Management Committee, Qu Bo, director of the district human resources and Social Security Bureau, Tang Hua, director of the science and Education Bureau of Qingdao Sino-German Ecopark Management Committee and other relevant leaders of the District Management Committee accompanied the investigation. Cui Zhi, chairman of Rhein-Koester and Hu Chengman, executive deputy general manager of Rhein-Koester, received and introduced relevant information.

On April 2, 2019, Rhein-Koester signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Fachhochschule Bielefeld and Siemens at the same time in China and Germany. Today, the two projects are launched in the Sino-German intelligent manufacturing  demonstration base for industry and education integration in Zibo High-Tech Zone.

On May 14, 2020, Dong Guangshan, director of small-and medium-sized enterprise development department of Shandong Provincial Department of industry and information technology, Suo Li, the forth level investigator, fan Hualei, section chief, Zeng Dawei, Secretary General of Shandong gazelle Enterprise Development Promotion Association, Jiang Yong, business director of Shandong Branch of Shenwan Hongyuan securities, the five people visited the Rhein-Koester Weifang platform for investigation. Ju Junhai, director of Weifang Bureau of industry and information technology, Gao Yonggan, district governor of Kuiwen District government and other relevant leaders accompanied the investigation. Yang Jinlong, vice general manager of WeifangRhein-Koester, received and reported the work.
