Currently, the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic continues to spread worldwide. The situation of epidemic prevention and control is still very serious. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, China and Germany have carried out a series of close exchanges and cooperation around the fight against the epidemic.

Office; Li Song, the vice chief of (EU&Africa) section of Foreign Affairs Office; Qu Yanan, the Fourth-level Investigator of Qingdao Foreign Affairs Office, visited Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service Platform and Inter-enterprise Training Center. The visiting purpose is that to promote and cover Rhein-Koester in the Sino- German cooperative project. Shen Lei, the vice director of Sino-German Eco-Park Admission Committee; Tang Hua, the director of Science and Education Bureau, accompanied for  the visiting. Hu Chengman, the executive vice GM of Rhein-Koester, reported the corporate information, etc.

By 23th of April, 2020, Mr Liu Mengde, lead delegations with 5 college representatives to visit Rhein-Koester. The delegations inspected the status of public service platform operation, industrial R&D, intelligent manufacturing technology transfer and technical talent development. Mr Zang Jinqiang, the vice director of Zibo Science and Technology Bureau; Zhao Naijun, the vice director of Zibo (High-tech zone) Science and Technology Bureau accompanied for visiting. Mr Cui Zhi, the GM of Rhein-Koester, Mr  Chen Peng, the vice GM of  Rhein-Koester,  Wang  Wei,  the  Project  Director reported the information.

By 7th April, 2020, Yang Baimei, the deputy party secretary and dean of Zibo  Vocational Institute; Zeng Zhaoxiang, the member of party committee and vice dean of Institute; Zhang Shuli, director of office; Song Tao, dean of Electrical and Electronic Engineering college; Du Yuangang, the vice director of Enterprise&College cooperation and  Employment department; Li Liangming, the vice dean of Electrical and Electronic Engineering college; Li Gaojian, the director of Education department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering college; Li Wanjun, the Education department of Sino-German Intelligent manufacturing college; Guo Fangying, the teacher of Electrical and Electronic Engineering college, visited Shandong Rhein-Koester Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co.,Ltd. Mr Cui Zhi, the GM of Rhein-Koester; Zhang Zhenzhong, the Chief advisor  (China); Chen Peng, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester and Wang Wei, the Project director are accompanied for the inspection. 

In the virus prevention period, the lacking of medical supplies and limits of disposable masks are the critical issues in many regions, it means support to mask production capabilities are the main solution for the issues. In response, Rhein-Koester started the R&D of mask manufacturing machine on the first day of work resumption, and devoting to support manufactures to improve their production capabilities. 

By 1st of April, Wang Jinsheng, the Secretary of Party Committee of Qingdao Technical College; Chen Xuren, the director of Party and Government office of College; Li Zhen, the director of International Department; Lin Kai, the vice director of  Admission and Employment department, visited Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform, both parties held seminar on topics of further cooperation. Mr Hu Chengman, the executive vice GM of Rhein-Koester (China) was accompanied for visiting and inspection. 

By 30th of March, 2020, Feng Yanjun, the 3rd Level Investigator of Zibo Commission for Discipline Inspection, lead delegations to inspect and survey in Shandong Rhein-Koester Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd., the delegation held a seminar with corporate managers on topics of prevention of 2019 n-CoV, corporate development and the demonstration base construction status. 

By 27th, March, Li Min, the Inspector-General of Qingdao Bureau of Education lead delegations from municipal vocational education department to inspect in Qingdao Technical College, and held seminar to accelerate the construction progress of Sino-German college. During the seminar, delegations made suggestions about promotion of construction, innovation of management system, Sino-foreign cooperative education mode, and the development & positioning of college.
