To empower the city’s foreign-related enterprises to attract overseas talents, Zibo Foreign Affairs Office and Foreign Friendship Association of Zibo City jointly constructed international students‘ practical education bases with member units of Zibo Foreign Friendship Association Higher Education Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Higher Education Committee). 15 bases of the national experience class and professional enhancement class were finally identified after the selection process of soliciting and selecting students, experts’ comments, on-site research and face-to-face talks and exchanges. Rhein Köster was successfully shortlisted by virtue of its deep foundation in Sino-German cooperation in the fields of industry and education, its rich advantage in advanced resources, as well as its first-class team of domestic and foreign corporate trainers and self-developed whole-system intelligent manufacturing talent cultivation programme.

On the afternoon of 24th April 2024, Zibo High-Experimental Middle School organised nearly 120 teachers and students to visit the Sino-German Demonstration Base of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration.

On April 19th, 2024, Guo Dongjiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group of Shenzhen Bao’an District Human Resources Bureau and Director of Bao’an District Vocational Training Center, led a group of representatives of Bao’an District specialised enterprises and other representatives to visit Rhein Köster(Taicang).
During the discussion, Mr. Guo introduced in detail the main work of the Vocational Training Centre of Bao’an Human Resources Bureau, and representatives of the two sides signed a cooperation framework agreement. In the following, the two sides will further strengthen the cooperation and exchange, give full play to Rhein Köster’ advanced education concepts, technological resources and global advanced training experience, and work together to focus on the elements of the innovation of the intelligent manufacturing industry, deepen the integration of industry and education, and contribute to the promotion of the skilled manpower force in Bao’an and even the Bay Area.

The Second Phase of the 2024 Zibo High-tech Zone Enterprise New Productivity Technology and Skills Enhancement Training took place at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base from April 13th to 21st as scheduled. A total of 201 personnel from 23 enterprises, including ZiChai Engine Co., Ltd., Shandong Jincheng Kerui Chemicals Co., Ltd., Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Shandong Jinjing Science & Technology Stock Co.,Ltd., participated in the training. This group consisted of production, operation, process, and research and development personnel.

On the morning of April 20, 2024, Guangzhou Information Technology Vocational School and Rhein Köster jointly held the “Education Chain · Industry Chain” Industry-Education Research Seminar at Rhein Köster Intelligent Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd.

From 18 March to 12 April 2024, the four-week joint training programme for mechanical and electronic engineering professionals of Heze University was successfully completed, with 140 students from the professional classes of 2021, 2022 and 2023 attending the training together.

On April 11, 2024, the Party building alliance was signed between the Party branch of the Mechanical Manufacturing Department of the Mechanical Engineering College of Shandong University of Technology and the Party branch of Shandong Rhein Köster Intelligent Technology Co.
