On April 9, 2024, Ji Hong, member of the party group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of Xiangyang Municipal People’s Congress of Hubei Province, chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, head of the Municipal Electronics and Information Industry Chain, Zhang Zhuqing, member of the Standing Committee of Xiangyang Municipal People’s Congress and head of the Social Construction Committee, and Qin Mingqiang, vice-chairman of the Trade Union of Xiangyang High-tech Investment Promotion and International Cooperation Company Limited, and other members of their team visited and investigated Rhein Köster.

On April 2, 2024, Zhao Yuliang, Party Secretary and Principal of Zibo Liuquan Middle School, led a group of 30 teachers from the school to visit Rhein Köster.

Recently, Zibo High-tech Zone Industry and Information Technology Bureau jointly with Rhein Köster carried out Zibo High-tech Zone 2024 Annual Enterprise New Quality Productivity Technical and Skill Talent Enhancement Training in the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry and Education Integration Demonstration Base. A total of 59 classes were held in this training, which were taught in the way of rational-practical integration, project-based topics, and full-day off-duty.

On April 1, the welcome ceremony and full adaptive training for the spring 2024 independently employed retired soldiers of Zibo High-tech Zone was held in the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry and Education Integration Demonstration Base.

On the afternoon of March 26, 2024, a delegation of about 70 teachers and students majoring in Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering from Shandong University of Science and Technology visited and exchanged ideas at Rhinecost Intelligent Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. Qi Feng, Director of the Business Unit of Rhinecost Talent Bank, and Huang Jinying, Director of the Comprehensive Department of Qingdao Company, jointly participated in the reception and exchange.

In July 2023, Rhinecost invited Mr. Hans Daniel, the President of the Bavarian Institute of Technology in Germany, to visit the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base constructed and operated by Rhinecost in Zibo for inspection. Since its establishment in 1865, the Bavarian Technical College in Germany has maintained a good reputation for teaching quality in various professional fields, providing a large number of high-quality talents for enterprises in the Algo region. As a strategic partner of Rheincost in Germany, the two sides have maintained a close cooperative relationship for many years, jointly carrying out projects such as dual teacher training in Germany. After the inspection, the school and enterprise signed a joint training and cooperation agreement for “mechatronics integration technicians”, which opened up a channel for Chinese students to study advanced manufacturing technology in Germany, bringing more opportunities for friendly visits, project co construction, and industrial development between China and Germany.
