From September 1st to 12th, 2025, students of the 2022 cohort majoring in Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments from Shandong University of Technology conducted a two-week production internship training at the China-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. A total of 142 students participated in this training. Through a series of systematic and practical high-end industrial training sessions, the students’ comprehensive application capabilities in the fields of intelligent equipment and industrial measurement and control were fully enhanced.

From September 8th to 12th, 2025, the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Gansu Province organized 50 high-skilled talents and skilled talent management service personnel from Gansu Province to go to Shandong Province for a capacity improvement activity. The activity focused on thematic learning and experience exchange, such as theoretical lectures, field visits, and skill exchanges, covering areas including the cultivation paths of high-skilled talents, the exertion of their roles, and the construction of a highland for skilled talents. On the afternoon of the 9th, the delegation paid a visit to the China-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base for exchange.

From September 4 to 5, 2025, 231 students of Grade 2022 from the School of Transportation and Vehicle Engineering, Shandong University of Technology, went to Rhein-koster to carry out an intelligent manufacturing technology study activity.

To support the upgrading of regional industrial technology and promote the development of “New-Quality Productive Forces”, under the guidance and support of the Bureau of Industry, Informatization and Commerce of Zibo High-Tech Zone, the first, second and third batches of the 2025 Training on New-Quality Productive Forces for Enterprises in Zibo successfully concluded at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Nearly 130 technical backbones from 23 enterprises, including Zichai Machinery Co., Ltd.,

Shandong Xinhua Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., Zibo Yellow River Water Diversion and Supply Co., Ltd., Shandong Jincheng Kerui Chemical Co., Ltd., and Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Energy Materials Co., Ltd., participated in this training.

From August 20 to 27, the 2025 International Study Tour organized by Rhein-Koester for the National College of Outstanding Engineers at Wuhan University of Technology was successfully completed in Germany.

On August 22, 2025, the Intelligent Manufacturing System Solutions Conference was grandly convened in Beijing.

From August 21 to 25, the 2025 Specialized Training Program for Dual-Qualified Master Teacher Studios and the 2025 Specialized Training Program for the Xu Kong Joint Master Craftsman Studio of New Era Vocational Schools were held at the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Twenty professional teachers participated in the training.

July 7–August 22, Rhein-Koester’s 2025 Summer Faculty Training Program successfully concluded in Zibo and Nanchang. This session encompassed multiple industry-academia collaboration initiatives, including faculty training for the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project (SGAVE), specialized training in industrial technology and emerging technologies, and faculty development for Rhein-Koester’s Sino-German joint programs. The diverse curriculum closely aligned with industry frontiers and teaching requirements, covering core areas such as mechatronics, automation, industrial robotics, digital simulation applications, dual-system teaching methodologies, and textbook development.
