On February 21, 2025, the opening ceremony of Xinhua Pharmaceutical’s “Excellent Electrical Technology Talents” training was held at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base. Lu Zhiwei, the Human Resources Manager of Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Yue Jianwen, the Mechanical Power Manager, Zheng Bin, the Vice President of the Business Department of Rheingold Trainer College, and 32 electrical elites from Xinhua Pharmaceutical participated in this event together.

On February 20-21, 2025, Geng Yanli, Dean of the School of Labor Relations at Shandong Management University and Dean of Qilu Craftsmanship Research Institute, led a research team from the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions to Zibo to conduct on-site inspections and research on the construction of the Craftsmanship College, with a focus on the construction of Rheingold (Zibo Sino German Smart Craftsmanship College).
