On July 11, 2025, the opening ceremony of the summer internship for the Mechanical Engineering major at the Sino German School of Science and Technology of Qingdao University of Science and Technology was successfully held at Rheingold Qingdao Company.

On June 24, 2025, Rhein Koester conducted its 4th Vocational Skill Level Certification for public applicants at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Focused on core competencies in advanced manufacturing, this session featured two in-demand occupations: Assembly Fitter and Industrial Robot System Operator. Twenty-five trainees from diverse industries gathered at the examination site, demonstrating their professional capabilities through practical assessments.
