On May 17, 2023, Zhao Jinjin, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to France, former President of the Diplomatic Academy and Vice President of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, Cheng Yonghua, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Japan and Executive Vice President of the China-Japan Friendship Association, Qian Wei, former Political Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in France, Wang Wan, Researcher of the Institute of Modern History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Adjunct Professor of the School of Economics of Peking University, and relevant officials of the Sino-German Exchange The relevant persons in charge of the cooperation association visited Zibo, visited the Zibo International Living Room, and under the introduction of Li Xiucheng, secretary of the party group and president of the Zibo Trade Promotion Association, the two sides had a discussion and exchange on linking resources, unblocking channels and helping Zibo manufacture to go international. On May 11, 2023, Zibo CPPCC carried out a reception day for members with the theme of “accelerating the construction of major projects and promoting green, low-carbon and high-quality development”. On May 6, 2023, a research team from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province visited Rhein Koester for investigation and research. The team, led by Qian Bo, a Level 3 Researcher and Deputy Director of the Industrial Policy Division of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, consisted of four members. The purpose of their visit was to conduct on-site investigations and prepare for the second batch of National Industrial Design Research Institute incubation objects and innovation development research activities for service-oriented manufacturing. Accompanied by Wang Lin, Deputy Director of the Zibo Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.

On May 5, 2023, Fan Guijun, the Party Secretary of Shandong Vocational College of Light Industry, along with Yuan Lei, the Deputy Party Secretary and President of the College, and other responsible department heads, visited and exchanged experiences at Rhein Koester.

On April 29, 2023, Zibo Sixth Middle School and Zibo Eleventh Middle School in Shandong Province organized more than 50 high school students to go to the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry and Education Integration Demonstration Base to conduct a study activity on the theme of “Industrial Robots, Transformers Big Helpers”.
