On July 3rd, 2023, a signing ceremony was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base, marking the collaboration between Rhein Koester and the Bavarian State Vocational School for Technicians (Bachelor of Technology) in Kempton, Germany. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Hans Daniel, the Principal of the Bavarian State Vocational School for Technicians; Mr. Yuan Dongsheng, Director of the Hans Seidel Foundation Office at the Shandong-Bavaria Vocational Education Teacher Training Center; and representatives from Rhein Koester including Mr. Cui Zhi, Chairman; Mr. Liu Donghai, Vice General Manager; Mr. Tan Fei, Director of the Sino-German Education Project; and Mr. Benning, Project Director of the Sino-German Project.

On June 30, 2023, the High-tech Industrial Development and Informationization Bureau of Zibo High-tech Zone, in collaboration with Rhein Koester, successfully concluded a high-tech talent skill enhancement training program at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Approximately 120 technical personnel from nearly 30 companies, including Shandong Xinhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shandong Xinhua Medical Devices Co., Ltd., Zichai Power Co., Ltd., Shandong Kaitai Petrochemical Co., Ltd., participated in this training event.

On June 30, 2023, a delegation of five individuals led by General Sun Linping from the People’s Liberation Army Daily paid a visit to Rhein Koester Company for the purpose of exchange and exploration. The Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch at Rhein Koester, Liu Qingfa, along with the Director of Innovative Projects, Wang Honglei, warmly welcomed and provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s endeavors.

On the morning of June 27th, the commencement ceremony for Lovol’ 2023 “Smart Manufacturing” Artisan Skill Enhancement Training Class took place at Rhein Koester Qingdao Company. Among the distinguished attendees were Zhu Changtao, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Chairman of the Qingdao West Coast New Area General Union; Liu Hongyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union at Lovol; Yang Jinlong, Deputy General Manager of Rhein Koester Weifang Company; and Jin Yueyun, Minister of the Education Department at Rhein Koester Qingdao Company.

June 16, 2023, Zibo City Political Consultative Conference “improve vocational education and training system, to create ‘production and education fusion, school-city fusion’ Zibo model” forum held in the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry and Education Fusion Demonstration Base. The symposium is led by the Committee of Education, Health and Sports, and takes the way of jointly carrying out with the Democratic Progressive Zibo Municipal Committee, the Municipal Bureau of Education and other relevant departments in a coordinated manner. Ray Ray, Vice Chairman of Zibo CPPCC and Chairman of DPC Zibo Municipal Committee, Wang Changchun, Deputy Secretary General of CPPCC and first grade researcher of CPPCC, Wei Xiaoguang, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC and Director of CPPCC’s Committee of Education, Science, Health and Sports, Li Xiaotong, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Education Working Committee and member of CPC group of Municipal Education Bureau, Wang Legislation, Third Grade Researcher of Municipal Development and Reform Committee, Wang Yongzheng, Third Grade Researcher of Municipal Industry and Information Bureau, Sun Longzhou, Chief of Municipal Education Bureau, Zheng Chuanlan, First Grade Researcher of Municipal Technology Bureau and other relevant departments. From June 2nd to 14th, the Rhein Koester German Vocational Qualification Certification Phase II Graduation Examination was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing and Education Integration Demonstration Base. The examination lasted for two weeks and covered the fields of electromechanical integration and electrical automation. A total of 167 students from eight colleges participated in the examination, including Zibo Vocational College, Weihai Vocational College, Shandong Industrial Technician College, Pingdu Technical College, Luzhong Vocational College, and Jining Technical College.

Teaching Method Training was held at Pingdu Technical College, with nearly 30 teachers from the college participating in the training.

Hengshui College and Rhein Koester (Beijing) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on June 5. The signing ceremony took place in the conference room on the third floor of the administration building of Hengshui College. Wang Yongqin, President of Hengshui College, Song Qingxi, Vice President, Wang Guangyuan, Vice President, Cui Zhi, Chairman of Rhein Koester, Liu Donghai, Deputy General Manager and others attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wang Guangyuan, Vice President of Hengshui College.
