On 22 May 2023, the Career Planning Presentation held by Rhein Koester was held in the lecture hall of Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Nearly 200 prospective graduates from eight institutions, including Zibo Vocational Institute, Pingdu Technicial Institute and Weihai Vocational Institute, attended the presentation.

On May 15, 2023, Dr. Tido Janssen, Director of the Vocational Education Solutions Department for the Greater China Region of the German Chamber of Commerce Abroad Alliance, along with Senior Manager Dai Qiufang and others, visited the operational headquarters of Rhein Koester China at the Sino-German Industrial Park in Beijing for guidance and inspection. On May 22, 2023, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Mech-Mind Robotics and Rhein Koester took place at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Leaders including Mr. Wei Lilong, General Manager of Mech-Mind Robotics (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Liu Fuzeng, Senior Sales Manager, Mr. Li Biqiang, Education Industry Manager, Mr. Wang Wei, General Manager of Rhein Koester Education and Training Department, Mr. Wang Zhen, Director of the Marketing Department, and Mr. Jin Yueyun, Minister of the Education Department of Qingdao Company, attended the ceremony.

On May 18, 2023, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony and unveiling ceremony of the teacher training base were successfully held at the Delian Building of Shandong Taishan Technician Institute. On May 17, 2023, Zhao Jinjin, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to France, former President of the Diplomatic Academy and Vice President of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, Cheng Yonghua, former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Japan and Executive Vice President of the China-Japan Friendship Association, Qian Wei, former Political Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in France, Wang Wan, Researcher of the Institute of Modern History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Adjunct Professor of the School of Economics of Peking University, and relevant officials of the Sino-German Exchange The relevant persons in charge of the cooperation association visited Zibo, visited the Zibo International Living Room, and under the introduction of Li Xiucheng, secretary of the party group and president of the Zibo Trade Promotion Association, the two sides had a discussion and exchange on linking resources, unblocking channels and helping Zibo manufacture to go international.
