On November 23, 2024, Rheingold organized the work of vocational skill level recognition for social personnel. This skill level certification is aimed at the assembly fitter major, and a total of 42 candidates from cooperative units of the university participated in the certification.

On November 22, 2024, Ding Ru, Director of the Shandong Center of the German Steinbeck Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Transfer Center, led a team to the International Innovation and Transformation College of Shandong University for cooperation negotiations. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on discipline construction, talent training evaluation, and project cooperation. On November 12, 2024, the Zibo City Veterans Education and Training Promotion Conference was held at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base.
